Sr. VP & GM, Small Business

      

Erik Day is the head of Dell Technologies Small Business division in North America, driving initiatives that support the company’s goals around helping entrepreneurs scale and prosper. Day has been at Dell Technologies for more than 20 years and has held multiple sales, merchandising and marketing leadership roles, which have taken him to 25+ countries on over five continents, giving him keen insight into what entrepreneurs need to succeed.

Day is actively involved in the Dell Women’s Entrepreneur Network (DWEN), ensuring under-represented women entrepreneurs get the access to resources including capital, new markets, networks and technology that help them scale. He is also the global chair of Dell Technologies’ PRIDE (LGBTQ+) Employee Resource Group and sits on the board of directors for Out & Equal Workplace Advocates. Day also serves as a strategic advisor to Gender Cool (www.gendercool.org), a newer, growing non-profit focused on the Transgender Youth Movement.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He was awarded Poet and Quant’s 100 Global Best and Brightest EMBAs of 2018.
