I am not seeing content when I click on the link. What should I do?
Please log into your account on the top right-hand corner. You will be directed to complete the the terms of service and complete your profile page.
Please note, you must have a Meta Blueprint account setup otherwise you will not have access.
IMPORTANT: Please utilize your work email address to receive credit for the program.
Where can I edit my profile?
Once logged in, on the top right-corner, click on your picture, then click 'profile'.
Within your profile, on the top right corner, click on 'user settings'.
You may update your name, email address, and hub locale. Please be sure to click 'save'.
I did not receive attendance credit for attending a live session.
For live sessions, those who attended in person will receive credit up to one week after the session. Please be patient while our coordinators are updating these records.
For individuals that were unable to attend in-person, a recording will be available a few days after the session has occurred. You will gain a blue tick once the recording has been viewed.
I've created a Facebook and Meta Blueprint account but still unable to view content.
Due to community standards, an individual must have one account. When a user creates multiple Blueprint accounts associated with their FB, this causes an error in functionality.
Please make sure you have only 1 account. You may edit your account details once logged into the hub. If you are still encountering issues, please submit this error through the form.
